The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) of Moldova has issued a decision to register the additional share issuance results of Joint Stock Company BASHTINA in the Securities Issuers Register. The registration confirms the issuance of 99,692 ordinary nominative shares valued at 797,536 MDL, resulting in a total share capital of 2,232,680 MDL divided into 279,085 shares. This decision is effective immediately upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days via a preliminary request to the CNPF.

On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company “BASHTINA”
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “BASHTINA” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5272 on 08.07.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 18.07.2025,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “BASHTINA” (IDNO 1003600062121, MD-2002, Chisinau city, Muncesti st. 801/3) in the amount of 797,536 MDL, in the number of 99,692 ordinary nominative shares, from the funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 2,232,680 MDL, divided into 279,085 ordinary nominative shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 8 MDL and with the identification number MD14BATI1003.
- This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
