The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 45/7 on September 16, 2025, to officially register the additional share issuance results of Joint Stock Company EDELVAIS in the Securities Issuers Register. This registration confirms the issuance of 514,595 nominal ordinary shares for a total value of 514,595 MDL, thereby increasing the company's social capital to 600,000 MDL divided into 600,000 Class I shares. The decision enters into force upon adoption and is subject to appeal via a preliminary request to the Commission within 30 days of notification.

On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of Joint Stock Company “EDELVAIS”
Following the examination of the application of Joint Stock Company “EDELVAIS” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 6332 on 25.08.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 09.09.2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 6662),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of Joint Stock Company “EDELVAIS” (IDNO 1003609001224, MD-3601, Ungheni city, A. Boico str. 9) in the amount of 514,595 MDL, in the number of 514,595 nominal ordinary shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,000 MDL, divided into 600,000 nominal ordinary shares of Class I, with a nominal value of one share of 1 MDL and with the identification number MD14EDEL1009.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
