Following the examination of the application of Joint Stock Company "INTERMEDIAR" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 10011 on December 11, 2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on December 18, 2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 10207),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of Joint Stock Company "INTERMEDIAR" (IDNO 1003602013301, MD-3100, Bălți city, Victoriei str. 51), in the amount of 2,000,000 MDL, in the number of 2,000,000 ordinary registered shares, from the account of monetary funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 2,587,012 MDL, divided into 2,587,012 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 1 MDL and with the identification number MD14IMDR1009.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
