Following the examination of the application of Joint Stock Company "LUCOARE" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 6177 on 21.07.2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the increase of the share capital, by increasing the nominal value of a share, with the restructuring of the previous issuance of securities, as well as the documents presented in full volume on 07.08.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 6859),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), item 16, item 19 and item 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The increase of the share capital of Joint Stock Company "LUCOARE" (IDNO 1003602034078, MD-6201, Sîngerei town, Independenței str. 97) is registered in the Securities Issuers Register, in the amount of 339,770 lei, by increasing the nominal value of a share from 5 lei to 10 lei, with the restructuring of the previous issuance of securities, from the equity capital. The share capital of the company, after the increase and restructuring, will amount to 679,540 lei, divided into 67,954 ordinary nominal shares, with a nominal value of a share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD14LUCO1008.

2. This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, 77 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
