On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of JSC DRUMURI CAHUL
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 5/4 on February 3, 2026, to register the securities of JSC DRUMURI CAHUL in the Securities Issuers Register. This registration follows the company's report on the results of an additional share issuance, increasing the total capital to 24,849,900 MDL divided into 2,484,990 ordinary shares. The decision enters into force upon adoption and is published in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website.

Following the examination of the application of JSC DRUMURI CAHUL (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 10406 on 30.12.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on 15.01.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 221),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of JSC DRUMURI CAHUL (IDNO 1003603151541, MD-3901, Cahul city, Mihai Viteazul St. 25) in the amount of 748,800 MDL, in the number of 74,880 ordinary registered shares, from non-monetary assets. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 24,849,900 MDL, divided into 2,484,990 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 MDL and with the identification number MD14CAHD1001.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
