On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-COMRAT"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-COMRAT" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 7496 on October 15, 2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on October 30, 2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 7908),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "DRUMURI-COMRAT" (IDNO 1003611010865, MD-3801, Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Unit, Comrat city, Tanchistov 2/A street) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 1,977,000 lei, in the number of 197,700 ordinary nominative shares, from the account of non-monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 18,426,350 lei, divided into 1,842,635 ordinary nominative shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD14DROM1001.

2. This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd, No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
