The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 5/3 on February 3, 2026, to register securities of JSC DRUMURI-EDINET in the Securities Issuers Register. This registration follows the company's supplementary issuance of 74,880 ordinary shares valued at 748,800 lei, resulting in a total social capital of 25,934,510 lei. The decision is effective immediately upon adoption and is subject to appeal within 30 days.

On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of JSC "DRUMURI-EDINET"
Following the examination of the application of JSC "DRUMURI-EDINET" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 321 on January 20, 2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the supplementary issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on January 22, 2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 383),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities in accordance with the report on the results of the supplementary issuance of shares of JSC "DRUMURI-EDINET" (IDNO 1003604013877, MD-4601, Edinet city, Independentei str. 179) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 748,800 lei, in the number of 74,880 ordinary registered shares, from non-monetary assets. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 25,934,510 lei, divided into 2,593,451 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD14EDUM1008.

This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd, No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
