On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI ORHEI”

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI ORHEI” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 6670 on 09.09.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 23.09.2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 6999),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “DRUMURI ORHEI” (IDNO 1003606010892, MD-3501, Orhei city, 6 Călărașilor St.) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 748,800 lei, in the number of 74,880 ordinary registered shares, from non-monetary assets. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 41,803,530 lei, divided into 4,180,353 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD14ORHD1008.
2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request addressed to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
