The National Financial Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 50/13 on October 29, 2024, to officially register the additional share issuance results of JSC LUCEAFARUL-SERVICE in the Securities Issuers Register. The decision mandates the registration of 334,598 ordinary shares valued at 3,345,980 MDL, which increases the company's total share capital to 7,079,000 MDL divided into 707,900 shares. the Securities Issuers Register, concerning the Joint Stock Company "LUCEAFĂRUL-SERVICE"
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "LUCEAFĂRUL-SERVICE" (10.10.2024) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 18.10.2024,
based on Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the NFC No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (Decision of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Commission DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "LUCEAFĂRUL-SERVICE" (IDNO 1002600037986, MD-2071, Chișinău city, Alba-Iulia str. 206) in the amount of 3,345,980 lei, in the number of 334,598 ordinary registered shares, from the account of monetary funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 7,079,000 lei, divided into 707,900 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD14LUCF1009.

This Decision may be contested by submitting a preliminary application to the NFC (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpf.md).
