The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued Decision No. 57/6 on December 10, 2024, to register the results of an additional share issuance by Production and Trading Company VOIEVOD SA. On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to the Production and Trading Company “VOIEVOD” SA
Following the examination of the application of the Production and Trading Company “VOIEVOD” SA (28.11.2024) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 03.12.2024,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1), Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (Decision of the CNPF No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, pt. 19 and pt. 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Decision of the CNPF No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Production and Trading Company “VOIEVOD” SA (IDNO 1005600057646, MD-6812, Chisinau city, Băcioi village), in the amount of 240,000 lei, in the number of 12,000 ordinary nominative shares, from the account of monetary funds. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 600,000 lei, divided into 30,000 ordinary nominative shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 20 lei and with the identification number MD14VOEV1003.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
