Following the examination of the application submitted by MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK Commercial Bank JSC (31.07.2024), as well as the submitted documents related to the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities according to the report on the results of the bond issue,
under the provisions of Law No. 171/2012 on the Capital Market, Article 8 letters m) and o), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Markets, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for registering securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission for Financial Markets DECIDES:

The securities according to the report on the results of the sixth bond issue, under the Offering Program, issued by MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK Commercial Bank JSC (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chisinau city, 31 August 1989 str., no. 127) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 71,180,000 lei, totaling 3,559 sixth-class registered bonds, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate linked to the weighted average interest rate on total new deposits attracted across the banking sector (in national currency), with a term of 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the first day of the public offering period, amounting to 4.46% and adjusted annually on the same date (month and day) when the offering period began, plus a fixed margin of 1%, payable monthly, with ISIN code MD1004000102.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
