On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Placed at the Establishment of XVG ATLAS GROUP Joint Stock Company
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova issued a decision to register securities placed during the establishment of XVG ATLAS GROUP Joint Stock Company. The registration covers 60,000 ordinary shares with a total value of 600,000 lei, resulting from the transformation of the limited liability company XVG ATLAS GROUP. The decision entered into force on the date of adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.

On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company “XVG ATLAS GROUP”
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “XVG ATLAS GROUP” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 5287 on 08.07.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities placed at the establishment of the company, as a result of the reorganization by transformation of the Limited Liability Company “XVG ATLAS GROUP”, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 04.09.2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 6579),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint stock companies, Art. 8 letters m) and o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company “XVG ATLAS GROUP” (IDNO 1023606006699, MD-3541, rn. Orhei, s. Peresecina, str. M. Eminescu 2), in the amount of 600,000 lei, in the number of 60,000 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 10 lei and with the identification number MD1001000154, from the account of monetary contributions, are registered in the Securities Issuers Register.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application addressed to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
