Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "AVION-L.V." (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 6176 on 21.07.2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the securities placed at the establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 30.07.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 6553),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities placed at the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "AVION-L.V." (IDNO 1002600012129, MD-2026, Chisinau, Dacia Blvd 60/3) are registered in the Securities Issuers Register in the amount of 12,292,770 lei, in the number of 2,458,554 ordinary nominative shares, with a nominal value of one share of 5 lei and with the identification number ISIN MD1001000212.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd, No. 77) within 30 days from the date of communication.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
