On the Registration in the Securities Issuers Register of Securities Placed upon the Establishment of the Joint Stock Company "BARCARI INTERNAȚIONAL"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "BARCARI INTERNAȚIONAL" (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 8777 on December 5, 2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities placed upon the establishment of the company, as well as the documents related thereto, presented in full volume on December 9, 2025 (registered with CNPF under No. 8847),

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, terms, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), items 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),

the National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. The securities placed upon the establishment of the Joint Stock Company "BARCARI INTERNAȚIONAL" (IDNO 1025600070560, MD-2032, Chisinau, Zelinski str. 5/3, apt. 22), in the amount of 609,700 MDL, in the number of 6,097 nominal ordinary shares, with a nominal value of one share of 100 MDL and with the identification number MD1001000162, from the account of non-monetary contributions, are registered in the Securities Issuers Register.

2. This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

3. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
