On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities placed upon the establishment of the Investment Company “FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES” S.A.
Following the examination of the application of the Investment Company “FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES” S.A. (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 1229 on 25.02.2026) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities placed upon the establishment of the company, as well as the accompanying documents, presented in full volume on 03.03.2026 (registered with CNPF under No. 1374),
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on joint-stock companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and o), Art. 18 para. (3), Art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

The securities placed upon the establishment of the Investment Company “FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGIES” S.A. (IDNO 1026600001718, MD-2005, Chisinau, 47/1 Alexandr Pushkin St.), in the amount of 1,000,000 lei, in the number of 1,000 nominal ordinary shares, with a nominal value of one share of 1,000 lei and with the identification number MD1001000204, are registered in the Securities Issuers Register, from the account of monetary funds.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
