On the Registration of Securities in the Securities Issuers Register Based on the Report on the Results of the VIth Bond Issue by MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova registered the VIth class bond issue of Commercial Bank MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK SA in the Securities Issuers Register. The registration covers 5,042 bonds with a total nominal value of 100,840,000 MDL, featuring a floating interest rate linked to the weighted average deposit rate plus a 1.0% margin. The Commission mandated the bank to publicly disclose the modified annual interest rate each year in accordance with the approved prospectus.

On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities based on the report on the results of the issue of bonds of the VIth class, issued by the Commercial Bank “MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK” SA
Following the examination of the application of the Commercial Bank “MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK” SA (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) under No. 7387 on 09.10.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of securities based on the report on the results of the bond issue, as well as the accompanying documents thereto,
on the basis of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018) and pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:
- The securities based on the report on the results of the VIth issue of bonds of the Commercial Bank “MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK” SA (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chisinau city, 31 August 1989 str., No. 127), within the framework of the Offering Program, are registered in the Securities Issuers Register, in the amount of 100,840,000 lei, in the number of 5,042 registered bonds of the VIth class, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate, connected to the weighted average interest rate on new deposits attracted in total across the banking sector (in national currency), with a term from 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the date of the first day of the public offering period (18.09.2025) and which is modified annually on the same date (month and day) + a fixed margin of 1.0%, being paid monthly, with the ISIN code MD1004000193.
- The Commercial Bank “MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK” SA, on each date of annual modification of the interest rate, in accordance with the provisions of the prospectus, will make public, in the same manner established for the publication of the prospectus, a notice, specifying the concrete modified annual interest rate according to point 1.
- This Decision may be contested by filing a preliminary application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
