Through this update, the following modification is made:

• Number 48 is added, which informs that, as of June 22, 2026, the Bank of the Republic will put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an issue date of July 23, 2024 – series BD. MAY 26, 2020 EDITION – SERIES AK As of December 12, 2023, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an issue date of May 26, 2020 – series AK. These banknotes have the same design and identical general characteristics and security features as the previous edition. 45. JULY 27, 2021 EDITION – SERIES BA As of August 13, 2024, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an issue date of July 27, 2021 – series BA, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security features as the previous edition and are signed by Dr. Leonardo Villar Gómez as General Manager and Dr. Marcela Ocampo Duque as Executive Manager. 46. OCTOBER 24, 2023 EDITION – SERIES BB As of June 25, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an issue date of October 24, 2023 – series BB, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security features as the previous edition. 47. OCTOBER 24, 2023 EDITION – SERIES BC As of December 15, 2025, the Bank of the Republic put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an issue date of October 24, 2023 – series BC, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security features as the previous edition. 48. JULY 23, 2024 EDITION – SERIES BD As of June 22, 2026, the Bank of the Republic will put into circulation 10,000 peso banknotes, with an issue date of July 23, 2024 – series BD, which have the same design and identical general characteristics and security features as the previous edition.
