Operational and Services External Circular DEP-475, Subject 03: 10,000 peso Banknotes
The Bank of the Republic's Issuance and Programming Department issued this Operational and Services External Circular DEP-475, updating its corporate manual regarding 10,000 peso banknotes. This update adds numeral 48, announcing that new 10,000 peso banknotes, edition July 23, 2024 – series BD, will be put into circulation starting June 22, 2026. The circular also reiterates the circulation dates and series for previous 10,000 peso banknote editions from May 2020, July 2021, and October 2023, all maintaining consistent design and security features.
