Subject 5: Fees for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic By means of this, we are sending sheet 5-A1-1 of Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155, dated April 28, 2026, corresponding to Annex 1 of Subject 5: Fees for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic of the Payment Systems Manual. Annex 1 is modified to communicate the change in fees for Electronic and Assisted Settlement Forms reported by Davibank, Banco Caja Social, Simple S.A and Enlace Operativo. As well as, the Interoperator Fees corresponding to Electronic and Assisted Settlement Forms and the Fund Collection Fee for Assisted Form CCD Credit Transaction reported by Davibank and Banco Caja Social. The previous change takes effect from July 1, 2026.
