Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155, Subject 5: Fees for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic
The Bank of the Republic is issuing sheet 5-A1-1 of Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155, dated April 28, 2026, to modify Annex 1 concerning fees for low-value payment systems. This modification communicates updated fees for Electronic and Assisted Settlement Forms reported by Davibank, Banco Caja Social, Simple S.A, and Enlace Operativo, as well as Interoperator Fees and Fund Collection Fees for Assisted Form CCD Credit Transactions from Davibank and Banco Caja Social. These changes will take effect starting July 1, 2026.
