Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155, Subject 5: Tariffs for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic
The Bank of the Republic issued Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155 to announce effective July 1, 2026, changes to the tariffs for low-value payment systems. The update modifies Annex 1 of the Payment Systems Manual to reflect new Interoperator Tariffs and Fund Collection Tariffs for Davibank, Banco Caja Social, Simple S.A., and Enlace Operativo. These adjustments specifically apply to Electronic and Assisted Liquidation Sheets and the CCD Credit Assisted Sheet transaction.

Subject 5: Tariffs for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic
By means of this letter, we are sending page 5-A1-1 of the Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155, dated April 28, 2026, corresponding to Annex 1 of Subject 5: Tariffs for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic of the Payment Systems Manual.
Annex 1 is modified in order to communicate the change in the tariffs for Electronic and Assisted Liquidation Sheets reported by Davibank, Banco Caja Social, Simple S.A., and Enlace Operativo.
As well as, the Interoperator Tariffs corresponding to Electronic and Assisted Liquidation Sheets and the Fund Collection Tariff for CCD Credit Assisted Sheet Transaction reported by Davibank and Banco Caja Social.
The aforementioned change takes effect as of July 1, 2026.
