Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155, Subject 5: Tariffs for Low-Value Payment Systems Administered by the Bank of the Republic
The Bank of the Republic issued Operational and Services External Circular DSP-155 to announce effective July 1, 2026, changes to the tariffs for low-value payment systems. The update modifies Annex 1 of the Payment Systems Manual to reflect new Interoperator Tariffs and Fund Collection Tariffs for Davibank, Banco Caja Social, Simple S.A., and Enlace Operativo. These adjustments specifically apply to Electronic and Assisted Liquidation Sheets and the CCD Credit Assisted Sheet transaction.
