On the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers, regarding the Joint Stock Company “CRIO-IZVORUL”

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “CRIO-IZVORUL” (registered with the National Financial Market Commission (CNFC) under No. 5348 on 10.07.2025) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 14.07.2025,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNFC Order No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNFC Order No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission ORDERS:

1. The securities according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “CRIO-IZVORUL” (IDNO 1003600152927, MD-4801, Criuleni city, 31 August str., 173), in the amount of 2,000,000 MDL, in the number of 2,000,000 ordinary registered shares, from the account of monetary funds, are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers. The social capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 2,680,000 MDL, divided into 2,680,000 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 1 MDL and with the identification number MD14IZVO1005.
2. This Order may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the CNFC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Order enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNFC (www.cnpf.md).
