Regarding registrations in the Issuers of Securities Register concerning the name change of “ASITO DIRECT” SA to “FINGUARD” SA

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “FINGUARD” (15.08.2025), regarding registration in the Issuers of Securities Register, as well as the accompanying documents,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Order of the NFMC No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (Order of the NFMC No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission ORDERS:

1. The change of name of the Joint Stock Company “ASITO DIRECT” to the Joint Stock Company “FINGUARD” (IDNO 1002600007123, MD-2032, Chisinau city, Burebista str. 108) is registered in the Issuers of Securities Register, along with the change of the ISIN code of the securities from MD14ASDI1002 to MD14FGRD1000.
2. This Order may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the NFMC (MD-2012, Chisinau city, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.
3. This Order enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFMC (www.cnpf.md).
