On the registration in

the Register of Issuers of Securities, related to the Joint Stock Company "NEMETMACOM"

Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company "NEMETMACOM" (dated 26.07.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Issuers of Securities of the securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, presented in full volume on 04.03.2025,

on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (Order of the NFC No. 13/10/2018) and points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Commission (Order of the NFC No. 57/11/2022),

The National Financial Commission ORDERS:

  1. The securities are registered in the Register of Issuers of Securities in accordance with the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "NEMETMACOM" (IDNO 1003600103697, MD-2055, Chisinau, Vatra, 10 Alexandru cel Bun St.), in the amount of 550,060 lei, in the number of 78,580 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of one share of 7 lei, from the account of monetary funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will amount to 1,337,700 lei, divided into 191,100 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 7 lei and with the identification number MD14NEME1006.

  2. This Order may be contested by filing a preliminary request to the NFC (MD-2012, Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.

  3. This Order enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the NFC (www.cnpp.md).
