On the registration in the Securities Issuers Register, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company “INCOMLAC”
Following the examination of the application of the Joint Stock Company “INCOMLAC” (17.07.2025) regarding the registration in the Securities Issuers Register of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the documents related thereto, under the Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 letters m) and o), Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Order No. 13/10/2018), pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Order No. 57/11/2022),
The National Financial Market Commission ORDERS:
- The securities are registered in the Securities Issuers Register according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company “INCOMLAC” (IDNO 1002602006326, MD-3100, Bălți city, Calea Ieșilor str., 180), in the amount of 5,700,000 lei, in the number of 114,000 ordinary nominative shares, from the account of monetary funds. The share capital of the company, after the increase, will constitute 29,595,800 lei, divided into 591,916 ordinary nominative shares of class I, with a nominal value of one share of 50 lei and with the identification number MD14COML1008.
- This Order may be contested by submitting a preliminary request to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
- This Order enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with the legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
