For each product the infonnation provided should include the following: a) Nature of the product (e.g. long-term or short-tenn); b) Whether it is currently being sold or not; c) Number of policies and sum assured/insured; d) A copy of the policy contract, including a sample schedule of benefits; e) Copies of any policy illustrations given to clients; and f) Copies of any brochure or other materials used for advertising/marketing. Accordingly, a hard copy of the above requested information should be submitted to the imdersigned by January 15, 2020.
