The regulator will conduct field inspections at cash centers and bank branches to verify compliance with this requirement for individual and corporate clients.

Dear Sirs,
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,
Subject: Provision of Small Denominations and Coins.
Based on the authorities of the Saudi Central Bank to issue instructions related to financial institutions and their operations in accordance with the provisions of its system issued by Royal Decree No. (M/36) dated 11/04/1442 AH. And to the Saudi Central Bank's supplementary circular No. (42015321) dated 11/03/1442 AH regarding the instructions communicated pursuant to Circular No. (341000111354) dated 15/09/1434 AH regarding the necessity for banks and banks operating in the Kingdom to ensure the public's requirements for small denomination banknotes and coins.
Therefore: The Saudi Central Bank emphasizes to all banks and banks the necessity of having sufficient quantities of small denomination banknotes and coins to meet public requests related to obtaining or exchanging them, and that this be available to everyone and in all branches.
For information and action, please note that the Saudi Central Bank will conduct field visits to cash centers and branches of banks and banks to ensure the availability of various small denomination banknotes and coins for individual and corporate customers.
