Regarding the issuance of a license to "NEO PSP Limited" as a Payment Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as "PSP").
Under the powers conferred by Section 5(4) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2024, the Bangladesh Bank has issued a license to "NEO PSP Limited" as a Payment Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as "PSP") operating within the country, in place of the notification contained in the Bank's letter No. PSD-1/AD/ACNDL(NEO)/78/2026-1121 dated 11 August 2026, which was revoked.
