PSD-1 Circular No. 04: Issuance of PSP License to NEO PSP Limited
The Bangladesh Bank has issued a Payment Service Provider (PSP) license to NEO PSP Limited. This authorization was granted under the powers conferred by Section 5(4) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2024, following the revocation of a previous license notification dated 11 August 2026.
