Dear Sir,

Regarding the monitoring of transactions occurring during all public examinations held under the Ministry of Education.

You are hereby instructed to strengthen the monitoring of small-value repeated transactions (valued between two hundred to two thousand Taka) conducted via Mobile Financial Services (MFS) provided by Mobile Financial Services (MFS) providers and E-Wallet Services provided by Payment Service Providers (PSPs) during all public examinations (e.g., JSC, JDC, SSC, Dakhil, HSC, Alim, Vocational, Diploma, and equivalent examinations) held under the Ministry of Education (from one week prior to the start of the examination until the day the examination ends). You are also instructed to inform law enforcement agencies regarding suspicious transactions.

You are also advised to adequately inform your respective distributors/super agents, agents, and customers regarding these instructions and to take appropriate measures in light of the instructions.
