Mobile Financial Services (MFS) providers and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) are directed to strengthen the monitoring of small-value repeated transactions ranging from 200 to 2,000 BDT during all public examinations under the Ministry of Education, covering the period from one week before the exam start date to the day the exam ends. Providers must inform law enforcement agencies regarding suspicious transactions and are advised to adequately notify their distributors, super agents, agents, and customers to take appropriate measures in accordance with these instructions.
