PSD Circular Letter No. 10 : Revised implementation timeline for BD-RTGS System

Please refer to PSD Circular No. 02/2015 dated April 06, 2015 on the Implementation Roadmap for Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) System. A critical system like RTGS needs multiple phases of testing, all of which have not been completed yet. Participating banks have completed some, while others are in progress. Therefore, we are extending the System Integration Testing (SIT) completion timeline from October 1 to October 15, accordingly the Go Live date has been revised at October 22, 2015. All schedule banks are therefore, requested to take necessary steps to prepare themselves for go live operation of BD￾RTGS. Please acknowledge the receipt.
