PSD Circular No. 05: Issuance of PSO license to "Softtech Innovation Limited"
The Bangladesh Bank has granted a Payment System Operator (PSO) license to Softtech Innovation Limited, subject to the conditions specified in its letter PSD/ADSD EL (Softtech)/04/2022. This license authorizes the entity to provide merchant aggregator services under the brand name "aamarPay" within the country, in accordance with the Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014 issued under Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order 1972.

Regarding the issuance of a Payment System Operator (PSO) license to Softtech Innovation Limited.
In accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014" issued under Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order 1972, the Bangladesh Bank has granted a Payment System Operator (PSO) license to 'Softtech Innovation Limited' to provide merchant aggregator services under the brand name "aamarPay" within the country, subject to the conditions described in the letter of this department numbered PSD/ADSD EL (Softtech)/04/2022.
