Regarding the issuance of Payment System Operator (PSO) license to Softtech Innovation Limited.

In accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014" issued under Section 7(A)(E) of the Bangladesh Bank Order 1972, Bangladesh Bank has granted a Payment System Operator (PSO) license to 'Softtech Innovation Limited' to provide merchant aggregator services within the country under the brand name "aamarPay", subject to the conditions described in this department's letter no. PSD/ADSAD L(Softtech)/04/2022-.
