PSD Circular No. 06: Issuance of PSO license to Fingerprint Information Technology Limited

Regarding the issuance of a license to Fingerprint Information Technology Limited as a Payment System Operator (PSO).
Under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(e) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, and in accordance with the "Bangladesh Payment and Settlement Systems Regulations-2014" issued by the Bangladesh Bank, a license has been granted to "Fingerprint Information Technology Limited" to operate as a Payment System Operator (PSO) under the brand name "Moneybag" within the country, subject to the conditions described in the department's letter PSD/ADCNDL(FITL)/36/2023-1797.
