PSD Circular No. 06: Regarding PSO license of Paysuite Fintech Limited

Regarding the granting of a license to Paysuite Fintech Limited as a Payment System Operator (PSO).
Under the powers conferred by Section 5(4) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2024, the Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to "Paysuite Fintech Limited" to operate as a Payment System Operator (PSO) within the country, subject to the conditions specified in the letter of this department bearing number PSD/EDCSL(Pesut)/65/2025-845 dated May 12, 2025.
