PSD Circular No. 06: Regarding PSO license of Paysuite Fintech Limited
The Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to Paysuite Fintech Limited to operate as a Payment System Operator (PSO) within the country, subject to the conditions specified in its letter dated May 12, 2025. This authorization is issued under the powers conferred by Section 5(4) of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2024. The circular notifies all scheduled banks, mobile financial service providers, payment system operators, and payment service providers operating in Bangladesh of this licensing decision.
