Subject: Regarding the issuance of a license to DGepay Services Limited as a Payment System Operator.

In accordance with the "Guidelines for Licensing of Payment System Operators-2014" issued under the powers conferred by Section 7(A)(i) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972, the Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to "DGepay Services Limited" to operate as a Payment System Operator under the brand name "U-BD" in the country, subject to the terms mentioned in the department's letter PSD/ADCNL(DGepay)/43/2023-2057.
