PSD Circular No. 08: Issuance of PSO license to DGepay Services Limited
The Bangladesh Bank has granted a license to DGepay Services Limited to operate as a Payment System Operator under the brand name 'U-BD'. This authorization is issued pursuant to the 'Guidelines for Licensing of Payment System Operators-2014' under Section 7(A)(i) of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972. The license is subject to the terms specified in the department's letter PSD/ADCNL(DGepay)/43/2023-2057.
