SECURITIES COMMISSION OF THE BAHAMAS PUBLIC NOTICE No. 6 of 2023 22 September 2023 RE: Blackwell Global Investments Limited (Counterfeit websites of SCB regulated person) This NOTICE is issued by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas (the Commission) pursuant to its authority under the Securities Industry Act, 2011, the Investment Funds Act, 2019, the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act, 2020 and the Digital Assets and Registered Exchange Act, 2020 (the Acts). It has come to the attention of the Commission that there are websites and/or persons using a name or names similar to Blackwell Global Investments Limited, a registered firm that is regulated by the Commission. If any persons claim, via these websites, to be legally authorized or licensed to engage in any aspect of the securities industry in or from The Bahamas, they are committing an offence and are liable for criminal prosecution and/or regulatory sanctions under the Acts. BACKGROUND It has been determined that the following websites: https://blackwellinvestments.org/es/ and https://blackwellsglobal.com are functioning as though they are a legitimate representation of Blackwell Global Investments Limited (BGIL), an entity regulated by the Commission. The official website of BGIL is www.blackwellglobal.com. The other websites are not known to the Commission or to BGIL and are counterfeit websites of the legitimate website. WARNING The public is warned to exercise extreme caution and to not confuse the fraudulent websites https://blackwellinvestments.org/es/ and https://blackwellsglobal.com with the legitimate website www.blackwellglobal.com, the property of Blackwell Global Investments Limited, an entity operational in this jurisdiction and regulated by the Commission, at the publication of this notice. The Commission advises anyone considering an investment in securities to check the listings of the Commission’s registrants and licensees authorized to engage in securities and investment funds business

2 in or from The Bahamas, and not to deal with a firm that is not authorized by the Commission.
