Public Notice 6 of 2023 – Blackwell Global Investments Limited (Counterfeit websites of SCB regulated person)
The Securities Commission of The Bahamas identifies https://blackwellinvestments.org/es/ and https://blackwellsglobal.com as counterfeit websites impersonating Blackwell Global Investments Limited, whose legitimate site is www.blackwellglobal.com. Any persons using these domains to claim authorization to engage in the securities industry in The Bahamas are committing an offence liable to criminal prosecution and regulatory sanctions. The public is warned to verify registrants via the Commission’s website and report complaints regarding these fraudulent sites to the Enforcement Department.
