PUBLIC NOTICE: FULL LIST OF VIRTUAL ASSET SANDBOX PARTICIPANTS

The Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana (SEC), is mandated under the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929), as amended, to regulate and promote the growth and development of an efficient, fair and transparent securities market, while protecting investors and safeguarding market integrity.

Further to the SEC’s Press Release No. SEC/PR/001/03/2026, dated 10 March 2026, announcing the admission of entities into the SEC’s Virtual Asset Sandbox, the SEC hereby publishes the full list of participants admitted to pilot various virtual asset services under the regulatory sandbox regime, which commenced in March 2026.

The participation of these Virtual Asset Service Providers will enable the SEC to collect relevant regulatory data to support the validation and finalisation of its guidelines and regulations on activity-specific licensing and registration, pursuant to the SEC’s mandate under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2025 (Act 1154).
