PUBLIC NOTICE: FULL LIST OF VIRTUAL ASSET SANDBOX PARTICIPANTS
The Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana, publishes the full list of 20 Virtual Asset Service Providers admitted to the regulatory sandbox regime that commenced in March 2026. The admitted entities are authorized to pilot specific activities, including asset tokenization, virtual asset brokerage, exchange, trading platforms, and real-world asset custodianship. This participation enables the regulator to collect data to support the validation and finalization of guidelines for activity-specific licensing and registration under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2025.
