The Securities Commission of The Bahamas revoked the corporate services license of Elliott B. Lockhart T/A Lockhart & Co. with immediate effect on 25 September 2025 pursuant to sections 35(a) and 35(j) of the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act 2020. The firm is no longer authorized to provide corporate services in The Bahamas and was ordered to cease all operations immediately. Clients are advised to make alternative arrangements, and the Commission warns that conducting licensed activities without authorization constitutes a criminal offense under section 46 of the Act.
