Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers concerning Joint Stock Company ENERGOSERVICE
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 33/7 on 9 July 2024 to formally register Joint Stock Company ENERGOSERVICE's additional issuance of 20,000 ordinary registered shares in the Register of Securities Issuers. This registration increases the company's share capital by 200,000 lei to a total of 600,000 lei, converting monetary funds into shares with a nominal value of 10 lei each and assigning the identification number MD14ERGO1008. The decision takes effect immediately upon adoption, mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website, and establishes a 30-day window for filing prior appeals.

in the Register of Securities Issuers,
concerning the Joint Stock Company "ENERGOSERVICE"
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company "ENERGOSERVICE" (17.06.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents,
on the basis of Law No. 1134/1997 concerning joint stock companies, art. 8 lit. m) and o),
art. 20 para. (1) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 concerning the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018)
and pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

Securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company "ENERGOSERVICE" (IDNO 1003600024774, MD-2069, Chișinău city, Calea Ieșilor st. 10), in the amount of 200,000 lei, totaling 20,000 ordinary registered shares, from monetary funds. The company's share capital, after the increase, will amount to 600,000 lei, divided into 60,000 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value per share of 10 lei and identification number MD14ERGO1008.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt blvd. no. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpp.md).
