Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of Joint Stock Company Footwear Factory „ROMANIȚA”
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) issued Decision No. 36/3 on 30 July 2024 to formally register the additional issuance of 50,000 ordinary registered shares by Joint Stock Company Footwear Factory „ROMANIȚA” in the Register of Securities Issuers. On the Registration in the Register of Securities Issuers, pertaining to the Joint Stock Company Footwear Factory „ROMANIȚA”
Following the examination of the application submitted by the Joint Stock Company Footwear Factory „ROMANIȚA” (25.06.2024) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of the results of the additional issuance of shares, as well as the related documents, submitted in full volume on 22.07.2024,
pursuant to Law No. 1134/1997 on Joint Stock Companies, Art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o),
Art. 20 para. (1) and Art. 22 para. (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Commission of the Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, deadlines, method and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision No. 13/10/2018)
and pts. 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of CNPF (CNPF Decision No. 57/11/2022),
The National Commission of the Financial Market DECIDES:

The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the additional issuance of shares of the Joint Stock Company Footwear Factory „ROMANIȚA” (IDNO 1003605005497, MD-3401, Hâncești city, 31 August 1989 St., No. 72), in the amount of 500,000, totaling 50,000 ordinary registered shares, from monetary funds. The company's social capital, after the increase, will amount to 1,713,250 lei, divided into 171,325 ordinary registered shares of class I, with a nominal value of 10 lei per share and the identification number MD14ROMA1004.

This Decision may be appealed by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

This Decision enters into force on the adoption date, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
