REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR FINANCIAL MARKET Stefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77, Chișinău municipality, MD 2012, tel: (373 22) 859 401, www.cnpf.md, e-mail: office@cnpf.md DECISION July 21, 2026 No. 36/2 Regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the 4th series of bonds, class XIII, within the Offer Program (IV), issued by Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA Following the examination of the application of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (registered with the National Commission for Financial Market (CNPF) under no. 5925 on 14.07.2026) regarding the registration in the Register of Securities Issuers of securities according to the report on the results of the bond issue, as well as the related documents, submitted in full on 15.07.2026 (registered with CNPF under no. 5957), based on Law no. 171/2012 on the capital market, art. 8 lit. m) and lit. o), art. 18 para. (3), art. 20 para. (1) and para. (6) and art. 22 para. (3) of Law no. 192/1998 on the National Commission for Financial Market, the Instruction on the stages, terms, manner and procedures for the registration of securities (CNPF Decision no. 13/10/2018) and points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Commission for Financial Market (CNPF Decision no. 57/11/2022), The National Commission for Financial Market DECIDES:

1. The securities are registered in the Register of Securities Issuers according to the report on the results of the 4th series of bonds, within the Offer Program (IV), of Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA (IDNO 1002600003778, MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, 31 August 1989 street, no. 127), in the amount of 146,480,000 lei, consisting of 7,324 nominative bonds of class XIII, with a nominal value of 20,000 lei per bond, with a circulation term of 3 years, with a floating interest rate, connected to the weighted average interest rate on new deposits attracted totally in the banking sector (in national currency), with a term of 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova (www.bnm.md) on the first day of the public offer period (18.06.2026) and which changes annually, on the same date (month and day) + a fixed margin of 1.25%, being paid monthly, with ISIN code MD1004000268.
2. Commercial Bank "MOLDOVA-AGROINDBANK" SA, on each annual interest rate change date, according to the provisions of the prospectus, shall make public, in the same manner established for the publication of the prospectus, a notice, with the specific indication of the annual interest rate, modified according to point 1.
3. This Decision may be challenged by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chișinău municipality, Stefan cel Mare și Sfânt Blvd., no. 77), within 30 days from the date of communication.
4. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the addressee according to legislation, is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md). Dumitru BUDIANSCHI, PRESIDENT
