Circular to Licensed Exchange Companies

Greetings,

Further to our Circular No. (53/14/4/9) dated 2025/1/2 and its attachments regarding the submission of your company's final financial statements for the year 2024, we emphasize the necessity of adhering to the requirement of providing the Central Bank of Jordan / Exchange Operations Supervision Department with the final financial statements in a proper manner as stated in our aforementioned circular. This must be done within the period specified in our aforementioned circular; otherwise, your company will be subject to the application of the penalties stipulated in Article (26) of the current Exchange Operations Law in the event of non-compliance.
