Central Bank of Jordan Circular on Banking Operating Hours During Ramadan 2025
The Central Bank of Jordan mandates that banks operating in the kingdom reduce their official working hours to 9:00 AM–3:00 PM and customer service hours to 9:30 AM–2:30 PM during Ramadan 2025. The circular specifies adjusted schedules for the Jordan Real-Time Gross Settlement System, the Dinar Deposit Window, and Central Bank teller windows. Banks are permitted to extend their operating hours or offer evening services provided they notify the regulator in advance and revert to standard hours after the holy month concludes.
